Alex Grossman is the Creative Director of Bon Appétit, where he leads a diverse team of digital and print designers, photo editors and video content makers to create the look and feel of the brand across all its platforms. Under Alex’s direction, Bon Appétit has earned over 20 ASME and 70 SPD nominations for excellence in photography, print, digital and video, and was named Ad Age’s Magazine of the Year. Alex is fascinated with the power of brands. He believes that every brand, in order to be successful, must have an honest and compelling story to tell, with a strong point-of-view that can be extended across all media. His editorial experience includes the launches of the much-adored Cookie magazine, the Conde Nast aspirational parenting magazine, and WSJ., the weekend luxury magazine of the Wall Street Journal. Prior to Bon Appetít, he worked at Lloyd+Co and AR New York, where his clients included the iconic American fashion labels Banana Republic and Eddie Bauer as well as the international luxury brand Moët & Chandon. He began his career at Netscape, where he worked on the launch of their first personal website builder. Alex came to Bon Appétit well versed in the food world. He has held almost every job one can have in a restaurant. He is a frequent and ambitious cook and will challenge anyone to out order him at any restaurant. His work has earned many accolades and he has helped well-known brands grow beyond their original boundaries.

Thomas Le Gourrierec is a French journalist who has been working in the profession since the age of 17. He was a basketball reporter in Chicago, infiltrated a hooligan gang in Manchester or interviewed Robert Redford. He then worked for Rolling Stone magazine and served as editor of the French version of Stuff, before creating the magazine Vivre Paris, devoted in particular to the good gourmet addresses of the French capital. He then became a restaurant critic for various periodicals such as L’Express, Paris Worldwide, Le Fooding … He is also the author of several books, editor of Grand Seigneur (“the magazine dedicated to pleasure at the table”, which offers a different lighting on the world of gastronomy), and co-creator of the website www.lespetitestables.com, which finds good tables at very low prices in Paris.

Cyril Rouquet-Prévost is a celebrity chef, famous thanks to the MasterChef TV Program. Since 2015, he is one of the ambassador of MasterChef in the world.

He is he hosts a column on television : Plateau Goumrand in La Matinale Week-End  on LCI every saturday monrning and is TV host for France5 and QVC.

Cyril Rouquet-Prévost  starred in tv ads such as MasterChef (international Campaign), Elle&Vire and  Paritel. He is a food writer, food consultant and Food Film Maker. He produced 5 food trips in China, 2 in Malaysia, 2 in Germany and many food campaign for Albal and Intermarché.

He hosted the International Miele Chef’s Kitchen at the BIBF in Beijing in 2016 & 2017.

He was one of the Speaker at the World Chefs Summit in Monaco in 2016.

Raised in the South of France, he is now based in Paris, travelling the globe.

He created his first restaurant in 2011 and signed in 2013 the menues of 2 restaurants, quickly awarded by Michelin and Gault&Millault Guides. In 2015, he stopped his partnership with these restaurants to create in his new restaurant: Möman, opening in 2018.

Cyril Rouquet-Prévost travels and cooks all around the world (Spain, UK, Malaysia, Germany, USA, China, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Malta etc..). In 2015, he cooked for the Queen of Malaysia at the Big KL Kitchen. He cooks for celebrities as Chef Privé and was one of the chef for the COP21 in Paris.

ingredients which are readily available. In an Arctic nation like Greenland, transport and access can be a challenge, especially in winter. Working within this unique framework only helps to showcase Anne Nivíka’s creativity even more. From food festivals

and handsome paperback cookbooks distributed in the national grocery boutiques, to her own special recipes featuring local (and often self-caught) Greenlandic ingredients, all that Anne Nivíka creates is polished and thoughtful. She wants to challenge her

fellow Greenlanders to think outside the box. Everyone knows how to make a savory reindeer stew, but you would be surprised how many are not so familiar with vegetables. In one particular booklet, “Frozen Vegetables”, she shows how, even if it is frozen, it

does not have to be boring. Anne Nivíka’s latest ambition is to open ”Mamaq – Nuuk by Mouth”, a culinary culture house for local gastronomes, families and tourists alike. Here guests can hear stories, meet chefs, make their own creations and generally strengthen

Anders Beier is a commercial still life, beverage and food photographer.  His images are simplistic, graphic and textural. They have a genuine pureness which allow the viewer to taste and feel the subject. Anders´ Nordic/Scandinavian background and connection to the earth is shown in the color pallets used. His work can be seen in advertising campaigns to editorial stories.

Anders Beier is an award winning food photographer. Proud father of 2 girls and a boy and together with the family enjoys the nature, and surroundings on the lovely island Bornholm.

Anders founded Njord sustainable food photography competition together with Sune Rasborg.

Sune Rasborg a chef with a keen eye on the aesthetics of food.

Over the years, magazines, and advertising agencies had good use of his skills as a food stylist.

Sune won a tv cooking competition in 2013 and in 2015 he wrote the award winning cookbook: “Bornholm Folk, Fæ og Foodies” together with Anders Beier.

In november 2016, Anders and Sune published their second book: Bornholm Baltic Beasts, Bohos and Beauty. The book was awarded “special prize of the jury” In the international cookbook competition: World Gourmand Cookbook Awards.
